Sean Tyler, Secretary of the Massachusetts Ambulance Association, reviewed program changes to MassHealth regarding medical necessity documentation for all types of non-emergency medical transportation. He also led a lively discussion around operationalizing the changes for both ambulance and wheelchair transportation service.
