Human Resources One-Day Workshop
The Massachusetts Ambulance Association invites EMS leaders and staff to attend a one-day Human Resources Workshop designed specifically for EMS organizations.
This program will cover key workforce and compliance issues facing EMS agencies today, including employment law, recruitment and retention strategies, EMS pay practices, and managing workplace injuries and workers’ compensation.
We encourage agencies to send leaders, supervisors, administrative staff, and especially their HR representative. Even experienced HR professionals benefit from a refresher as employment laws and compliance requirements continue to evolve.

2026 Bruins BFit Challenge
The Massachusetts Ambulance Association is a proud supporter of the Annual Bruins B-fit challenge. This event raises money for several First Responder charities that help support first responders and EMS personnel in times of need. The EMS Team Fund was founded by the MAA and distributes grants to our members when they experience a loss. 100% of all the money raised for the B-fit challenge goes directly to support the MAA's EMS Team Fund.
BFit Fundrasier
Join the Massachusetts Ambulance Association on December 11th at the Great American Beer Hall for a lively fundraiser supporting the Bruins B-Fit Challenge. Enjoy an evening of good food, great company, exciting raffles, and community spirit—all while giving back. A portion of all food and drink sales will be donated directly to the EMS Team Fund, which provides critical assistance to EMS personnel during times of hardship. Come raise a glass, try your luck, and help us support those who serve our communities every day.
