Supporting our heroes when they need us most.
The EMS Team Fund
WE TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN. JOIN US.
You know the call. The one that stays with you on the drive back, and still shows up at 3 a.m. weeks later.
You've held a stranger's hand on the worst day of their life. You've told a family their person was in good hands. You've done it shift after shift, for people whose names you may never learn.
But some days the call is about one of us.
A partner who doesn't come back from a shift. A colleague who loses a husband, a wife, a child. The person who always picked up the extra shift, who knew how you took your coffee, who had your back on every scene.
In those moments, the whole EMS family feels it. Across Massachusetts, from the biggest companies to the smallest, we've all been there. We've passed the hat, signed the card and stood in the line at the wake.
The EMS Team Fund is how we show up for each other when it counts. When one of our own faces an unexpected hardship, the fund offers a helping hand: financial support that tells them and their family their EMS family is standing with them.
As part of its mission to support EMS professionals and their families, the EMS Team Fund provides financial assistance to help ease the burden during times of loss or catastrophic hardship.
Dedicated to advancing the practice and impact of emergency medical services across the Commonwealth by supporting the continued education and professional development of EMS providers
EMS professionals respond to crises every day. This program ensures that if a crisis comes to them, they are not alone. By supporting the people who serve our communities, we strengthen the future of EMS across Massachusetts.
