Who we are

The Massachusetts Ambulance Association (MAA) proudly serves as the voice of Emergency Medical Services across the Commonwealth. Representing ambulance providers in Massachusetts, we champion the interests of our members, our patients, and the future of pre-hospital care.

Our member providers employ more than 6,000 skilled EMS professionals. Together, we form the backbone of emergency and non-emergency medical transport in Massachusetts.

At MAA, we advocate relentlessly for policies that protect patients, strengthen the EMS system, ensure fair and sustainable reimbursement, and empower our providers to deliver the highest quality care. Through leadership, collaboration, and education, we are advancing the profession and protecting the health and safety of every community we serve.
