Directions

From Concord Ave, turn onto Smith Place (a Burger King is on the corner). After approximately 350’ you will come to an alley way on your left. Take that left. The first large building on your right is Pro EMS. Parking (including valet) is available in front of the building in the white circle. The Star marks the entrance for the event.

Parking

Pro EMS has kindly agreed to provide free parking for participants. However, some parking may require use of a (free) valet. Please let the attendant know if you plan to leave early. View Parking Map►

Hotel

There is not an official hotel for the summit. However, the Best Western Plus TRIA is a half mile/10-minute walk away, includes breakfast, and has very reasonable rates.

Speakers

Please be prepared to present for 10-12 minutes on your topic, and to allow a few minutes at the end for questions. AV will be onsite to assist with setting up personal laptops, or you may use the MAA laptop. Please email your presentation slides to maa@the-aaa.org so we have them ready for you.
